Please note:

These workshops require a minimum of 10 participants to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of participants, we'll be forced to cancel the workshop and fully refund you and inform you via email of the cancellation, and provide you with an alternative date option, so please keep an eye your emails a few days prior to the Worksop.

As our art classes and workshops are held  at our SKETCHROO Studio, located at 101/9, Gower Place, Clyde North, each parent/guardian will drop-off and pick-up their child/participant at the entrance to the studio. No parents or caregivers are permitted in the studio for a longer period of time.

All SKETCHROO teaching staff have current Working with Children Checks. All our staff members go through a vigorous screening process for assessing or re-assessing prior to commencing work with or care for children in our art classes, workshops and activities.

We are also covered by Public Liability of $20 million.

We require that the full classes and workshop booking fee be paid 7 days prior to the workshop date to secure your spot.

The workshop fees may be paid online, through PayPal or Credit Card or by EFT/Bank Transfer. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice which includes your payment options.

It is never too soon to lock your date or spot. As with any party bookings, classes, or workshops, it is not unusual for key dates or spots to be booked out months in advance. Once you are fixed on your date, it is highly recommended you lock your date or spot with us immediately to avoid disappointment.

Our booking fees across the workshops are non-refundable. Cancellation request must be made in writing within 5 days prior to the workshop date to be eligible for a credit.

Credits may be used for transfer to the next or any other Worksop or Activity we offer (for any other person). Please email us to make withdrawal requests through our Contact Us page.

Refunds:

No refunds or credit will be given for a missed workshop, or if a participant decides to withdraw from the workshop during or before the session starts. A full refund will be granted if SketchRoo cancels a workshop.

For our SKETCHROO to Party events, we serve most suburbs of Melbourne within a 50-mile radius from our studio 101/9, Gower Place, Clyde North.

All other areas beyond the 50-mile radius from our studio will attract transport charges.

Once you decide to go ahead with one of our SKETCHROO to Part program, all you need to do is to make a booking. Depending on your chosen venue and choice of workshop or activity type, we will call you to discuss details or - in the event of a larger booking - we will arrange an appointment to personally visit you at the home or venue to work out the details.

If however, you plan to host your party at home, we may then require the following to be able to deliver our service.

  • A free space for the drawing board and chairs.
  • Access to a nearby power point.
